the M.O.M. Sequor solution and the results were surprisingly positive.
The increase in machines availability was higher than 15%, the reduction in overtime was down by 400hrs/month. The Dashboards distributed along
the production line improved communication and transparency, the results were also reflected in product quality and reduced scrap.
