In 2020, I completed four years at Sequor. The working environment is excellent. As the environment isn’t very strict, it allows you to deal with people in a peaceful way. Also, the professionals who are working here have a great wealth of knowledge and experience. We are encouraged to achieve goals focused on productivity. The company encourages us to be organized, encouraging us to be better professionals. Here we are challenged to bring new solutions and to improve processes. Because of this, I want to know the products better and better, study more, and expand my knowledge. The company's growth is also good for us because it brings new challenges, such as improving management skills, making decisions in an objective and agile way, learning or improving another language.

In 2020, I have been seven years at Sequor. I joined the company as an intern in the management area, when there was only one person in the department. I have witnessed many changes during all this time, something of which I am very proud. I remember the first big project in which I got involved with AGCO, in Santa Rosa. It was a chance to get to know a huge management structure project in practice. 2015 was also a remarkable year as it was when the office project was established. We were able to report a lot of information to the board. When SNEF entered, we had many indicators, which helped a lot with integration. I grew up a lot as a professional at Sequor. I believe that my leadership can evolve naturally. I see the company moving towards becoming a center of excellence. The company will be an enormous people and professional development place that will certainly attract many talents.

I completed two years of Sequor in 2020 and I consider the company a great incubator of opportunities. New things come up all the time. We are free to create and give ideas. The environment here is conducive to the generation of new proposals. The company's leaders are always trying to innovate and this motivates us to follow the same path. Here the land is fertile and the land is good. The coexistence between employees is quite harmonious. The working climate is great, with a lot of respect.
