The seven laser cutting machines were working to the limit and the only alternative to increase production would be to buy one more machine at a cost of approximately $ 300,000. In addition, the team of 6 highly specialized programmers was overwhelmed, programming and planning the cutting operations.

When the M.O.M. Sequor System was implemented, it was integrated with the ERP and also with Sigmanest. The M.E.S. started to communicate directly with the CNC of the machines, eliminating the need for manual programming and parameterization.

The solution increased the production of laser cutting machines by more than 25%, eliminating the purchase of the new machine for $ 300,000. With the greater assertiveness of the programming it was possible to eliminate the count and verification of the parts produced, in addition to reducing the area of intermediate stock, saving space in the factory. The integration with Sigmanest increased the efficiency of the planners, now only 2 (two) programmers carry out all the planning and programming of the sector.
